I get access to this killer alignment rack and I'm teachin myself to do my own alignments :) Super low profile so even the lowest of low cars can get on no problem (literally a 1-2mm height difference from the ground and the rack) completely digital with accuracy up to .001 degrees. Unfortunately I only had time to do the rear alignment right now, but the front will be tomorrow. It wasn't too out of alignment up front from the initial readings so I'm not really worried.

Very cool! I have no idea how to do an alignment myself, but this kind of post inspires me to learn. Thanks!

It's actually pretty easy, mostly turning eccentric bolts and if you have them, fiddling with camber plates.

Cool. There's just nothing like hands-on for learning this stuff.

I was an alignment tech for a few years. I loved doing them, and when I went to the dealer I made a ton of money off of them. Most people don't understand that an alignment is a maintenance item and should be checked every ~30k

haha no way! I literally did the same thing the other night! Laser alignment setup ftw! A buddy of mine works at this shop, so afterhours we were able to all swing by, and the first thing we do was put all our cars up on the lifts.
My alignment turned out to be perfect, and i didnt even need to touch a thing.

I just did a lot of suspension work and a CV axle so mine was hilariously off.
